Your temporary home has a fully furnished living room, bedrooms, dining room, TVs, etc., much like a vacation home. We supply basic linens for each bed and furnish a starter set of towels. Special requests for extra linens & towels, added furniture, baby bed, additional TVs, electronics, etc. available upon request for a reasonable fee.

Fully equipped kitchens to include coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, flatware, etc. Extra items such as rice cooker, crock pot, tea pot, electric skillet, available upon request. Most units have their own washer and dryer. Typical housewares and iron & ironing board are also included. You may request to rent a grill if their use is allowed on the property. Let us know what you need and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

No need for you to set up accounts and make deposits to multiple utility providers. We've got you covered! Electric, Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash, and Internet are all included in the price. (There is a utility cap/budget allowance based on typical usage.)

Bring your personal toiletries. We furnish an iron and ironing board and provide a hair dryer free upon request. ---- As with most corporate housing, you’ll have a starter quantity of bath tissue, paper towels, dish soap, etc. upon check-in. Tenants replenish these basic consumables themselves and supply whatever other consumables they require unless arranged differently with management. ---- You may want to pick up at a local grocery store more basic paper goods, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher detergent, and some condiments and spices according to your cooking preferences. ---- Concierge services, housekeeping, etc. available separately upon request.
